Three ECPA Plaques and Two Certificates in each section

CASH PRIZE

  • In Monochrome Section five Cash Awards for Rs.1,000 each will be given to three Plaque holders and two Certificate holders donated by the Krishnagopal Maheshwari Foundation.
  • Rs.1,000 Cash Award for Best Entrant (Counting on at least Two Sections)

ECPA Best Club Award for Best Performing Club.

RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE SALON

1. Photographs once exhibited in ECPA are not eligible for exhibition. Photographs identical or near identical with those accepted before and Stained or damaged prints will not be judged.

2. Three Sections:

(A) Pictorial Monochrome Print
(B) Pictorial Colour Print
(C) Photo Travel Colour Print

3. Not more than 4 entries in each Section. All prints should be unmounted. The longer side of the print should be between 16 inches and 12 inches and all entries must enclose a returnable soft copy in a CD at least 1024 x 768 pixel at 72 dpi for Catalogue and publicity purposes.

4. A non-refundable entry fee per section Rs.50 only should be sent before judging date by Cash or M.O. All entrants will receive a Catalogue and CD of exhibited Photographs. Accepted entries for exhibition will get Acceptance Sticker.

5. Each entry should bear entrants name, address, and title of the picture and serial number which must correspond with the entry form. Photo copy of entry form will be accepted.

6. Reasonable care of the entries will be taken by the Association but it is not liable for any loss or damage which is beyond its control.

7. Decision of the jury is final. Prize in any category may be withheld by the jury if no photograph is available up to the standard.

8. Local entries should be collected back on any Saturday between 7 P.M. to 9 P.M. from our club, after two weeks of exhibition and entries submitted to M/s. S. Samanta & Sons should be collected back on any day after two weeks of the exhibition between 1 P.M. and 4 P.M. but not later than a month of the expiry of the exhibition, failing which the Association will not be responsible for preservation and protection of the entries.


9. Entries should be sent with proper packing to stand both ways postal handling. Return label must be filled-up by the entrant.
