AWARDS
a) One special Golden Jubilee Cash Prize of Rs. 2,000/- with a citation for ‘‘GRAND BEST’’ photograph of the Salon in the Memory of Late Asim Kumar Ghosh and Late Amar Bhattacharya.
b) One special Golden Jubilee Cash Prize of 1,000/- with a certificate for the ‘‘Best Landscape’’ among all the entries in the memory of Late Chanchal Mitra.
c) Three ECPA plaques and two certificates of Merit in each section.
d) In Monocrome Section Three Cash Awards of Rs. 1,000/- each will be given three plaques winners (Donated by K. G. Maheshwari Foundation). 6 Plaque winners of Colour Print & Photo Travel Print will also be awarded with a special Golden Jubilee Cash Prize of Rs.1,000/- each.
e) Best entrant Award of Rs. 1000/- (to be calculated on acceptance in at least two sections)
f) ECPA Best Club Award for the best performing Club. Please mention your club name if any in the entry form.
g) All entrant shall receive Golden Jubilee Participation Certificate.

ENTRY FEE
Rs. 75/- (Rs.Seventy Five Only) for each section. Individual entrant participating in all the three sections shall have to pay Rs. 200/-. Entry fees to be paid by M.O. or Cash or Bank Draft in favour of East Calcutta Photographic Association payable at Kolkata.
RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE SALON
1. Photographs once exhibited in ECPA Exhibition are not eligible. Photographs identical or near with those accepted before and stained or damaged prints will not be judged.
2. Three Sections: a) Pictorial Monochrome Print
b) Pictorial Colour Print
c) Photo Travel Colour Print
3. Maximum of 4 photographs in each section will be accepted.
4. The Longer side of each photograph should be between 15 inches and 12 inches. All entries must enclose a returnable soft copy in a CD at least 15// x 12// at 72 dpi for catalogue and publicity purposes.
5. All the entries should bear full name and address of the entrant and also title of the photograph and serial number in accordance with the entry form.
6. Entries shall be sent with proper packaging to withstand both ways postal handling. Return label must be filled up by the entrant.
7. All resonable care shall be taken by the association for the entries. The association cannot be held responsible for any loss and or damage in a situation beyond its control.
8. ECPA shall have the right of reproduction of any entry to promote photography.
The results will be available on our website on 22-11-2010.
